DECIDE

DECIDE (Career choices competencies for the post-pandemic future using multicriteria decision-making) is an Erasmus+ KA220-YOU partnership that ran from September 2022 to February 2024, bringing together five partners from Slovenia, Greece, Poland, and Bulgaria. The project strengthens young people’s employability by helping them navigate a rapidly changing labour market shaped by environmental and socio-political uncertainty.

DECIDE equips young people with tools and methods for career decision-making using a multicriteria approach, supported by personalised and adaptive learning. It helps participants identify missing competencies for emerging and sustainable job profiles—such as green and digital roles—while also recognising their strengths, interdisciplinary skills, and entrepreneurial potential.

The main target group is young people aged 18–25 who are transitioning into greater independence (studies, first jobs, setting up households), supporting them to build self-confidence, understand their added value, and make more informed career choices through clear guidelines and accessible upskilling pathways (self-learning and non-formal short courses/e-learning).
